Cashless payment

No cash, no change, no queues at the cash register: at WHZOA you pay cashless with your festival wristband. Everything from topping up to refunding your remaining balance is handled by our cashless partner.

Your wristband is your wallet. You use it to pay for everything on the festival grounds and the campground: drinks, food, merch and more. Simply hold it to the reader at any stand.

• Online in advance: top up your balance conveniently before the festival via our partner's portal. You'll find the link in the app under "Cashless Payment".
• On site: at the top-up stations at the entrance and on the campground, by card or cash.

Any balance left on your wristband after the festival will be paid out via our partner. We'll let all guests know in good time when and how to request the refund. Keep your wristband until then.

• Treat your wristband like cash: lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced, and neither can the balance on them.
• You can check your current balance at any top-up station.
